Founded with the vision of shaping lifestyle experiences, we began our legacy in the hospitality industry in 1994, pioneering multi-cuisine restaurants and catering services for the Indian Railways. In 2008, we established Navi Mumbai’s first branded hotel — Royal Orchid Central Grazia — a landmark that redefined hospitality in the region.
In 2019, we expanded to Pune with Lemon Tree Hotel, Viman Nagar. In 2025, we proudly launched Radisson Resort Khopoli — our most premium property yet, a serene escape designed to set new benchmarks in resort hospitality.
Most recently, in October 2025, we added another jewel to our portfolio — Lemon Tree Premier, Navi Mumbai — a contemporary upscale hotel designed to serve both corporate and leisure guests in the heart of the city’s commercial hub.
Expanding into real estate in 2014, we brought the same ethos of detail, excellence, and customer focus to residential and commercial development. Today, Sairama Group is known for delivering premium living spaces and commercial landmarks that blend design, durability, and timely delivery.
